Service Description

Dock-Scheduler is a web-based application designed to help warehouses and distribution facilities manage dock scheduling and related workflows.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use
• No unauthorized access attempts
• No interference with platform operations
• No resale or reverse engineering

Data Ownership

All data entered into Dock-Scheduler remains the property of the customer and is stored only to provide application functionality.

Availability

Dock-Scheduler is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Availability is not guaranteed.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Access to paid features depends on an active subscription.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Users may discontinue use at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Dock-Scheduler and Steve Welborn, LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
